Ailey Experience Las Vegas is presented in partnership with Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, The City of Las Vegas West Las Vegas Arts Center, and the City of Las Vegas Live Arts Dance Institute.
The Ailey Experience Tour provides dancers of all experience levels the opportunity to study with prominent Ailey instructors and former Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater company dancers in their hometown.
Students train in a variety of techniques while learning the rich history of Alvin Ailey’s signature style and how he changed the perception of American modern dance.
No dance experience or audition is required—all levels are welcome!
Ailey Experience tour students ages 11–21 who participate in both days will have the chance to win a scholarship to attend Ailey Experience NYC this summer at AILEY for free.

Ailey Experience Las Vegas students will train in Horton, Afro'Dance, and learn Ailey repertory with former Ailey dancers Don Bellamy and Vernard Gilmore, as well as Ailey instructor Judith McCarty.
