Professional Division Summer Sizzler

The Ailey School’s 5-week Professional Division Summer Intensive Program culminates with its Summer Sizzler Performances on Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 25. 

The performances will be held in the Ailey Citigroup Theater and include Repertory Workshop pieces and Elective Workshop pieces choreographed by NYC-based choreographers. All students will perform in all four performances.

Parent Information

• Students will be emailed ticket information the first week of the Summer Intensive. (Students are responsible for forwarding the information to their parents.)
• Parents must purchase tickets to attend the performances.
• Ticket prices are $20 for students and $30 for adults plus a ticket service fee.
• There will be a “presale period” for parents to purchase a certain number of tickets for a randomly assigned performance. Once the presale period ends, all remaining tickets will be released for general sale.
• We suggest all parents purchase tickets during the presale period since performances tend to sell out quickly, especially the Friday evening performance.
• The performances will NOT be live streamed.
• Due to music and choreographic copyright laws, performance footage will NOT be made available to students or the public once the performances are complete.
